Who can attend this conference?

This event is open to early childhood educators and professionals located in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. This includes licensed and license-exempt providers, center-based staff, program directors, trainers, and early learning partners.

Is there a cost to attend?

Yes. Registration is:
$60- Standard (through September 30th)
$75- Late Registration (after October 1)

Scholarships are available!

Registration includes sessions, lunch, materials and raffle entry.

Do you offer group discounts or scholarships?

Yes. We offer group discounts for organizations registering 10 or more participants, and scholarships may be available on a case-by-case basis. For details on eligibility, pricing, or to apply, please contact us directly.

What time does the conference start and end?

Registration opens at 7:45 AM. The conference begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Please see schedule for full details.

Where is the conference being held?

The conference is being held at the Werner University Center- Western Oregon University. 400 Monmouth Ave N, Monmouth, OR 97361.

Will sessions be available in multiple languages?

Yes! Sessions will be offered in English, Español, and Русский to support the diverse language needs of our early learning community. If you would benefit from interpretation or materials in another language, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How will I know what sessions I am in?

Session selection will be available at time of registration. Keep an eye on your email — sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to respond promptly to reserve your spot! Daily schedules will be given to all participants at check in. 

Can I bring my children or guests?

Unfortunately, this is a professional training event and we are unable to accommodate children or guests. Thank you for your understanding

Will I receive training hours for attending?

Yes. All eligible sessions are ORO-approved and will be reflected in your Oregon Registry Online account within 30 business days after the event.

What if I cant attend the full day?

You are welcome to attend partial sessions, but ORO credit will only be awarded for fully completed sessions as tracked by session sign-in/sign-out.

Can my organization table or sponsor the event?

Yes! We welcome community partners and agencies who support early learning. Visit and complete our Interest form for more information or contact us directly.
