ORO Credit

Who gives me ORO credit for the IRF Part 2 class?
The IRF Training Coordinator will verify your ORO credit within 2 business days.

Why isn’t my ORO credit showing up?
ORO credit may not be given for a variety of reasons, including not being correctly registered in ORO, not actively participating in the class, or not attending the full session. Contact the IRF Training Coordinator for support.

Who can help me with ORO credit?
For IRF Part 2 classes, contact the IRF Training Coordinator at statewidewebinars@mwvcaa.org
For all other classes, contact your local CCR&R. They can help you navigate your ORO credit.

Certificates

Will I get a certificate?
No. Once your hours are verified in ORO by the IRF Training Coordinator, you may download your certificate from your ORO account. Certificates are no longer sent to participants.

Regional Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agencies are here to support you with professional development and technical assistance in your role in Oregon’s Early Learning System. They can help you find training opportunities and guide you through the steps to start your own child care business.
