Welcome!

Oregon’s Early Learning Management System (Oregon ELMS) is a new, online platform that will bring together providers, licensing specialists, ERDC payments, and service coordination in one place. The goal is to help providers and families access information, complete tasks, and stay connected to the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC).

What This Means for Providers

Certificate

Will I get a certificate?
No. Once your hours are verified in ORO by CCR&R of Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties.  Once verified, you may download your certificate from your ORO account.

How do I find my certificate in ORO?
Click “My ORO” in the top left
Click “Calendar Training Summary”
Locate the training you took and click the title
Your certificate will be downloaded to your computer

ORO Help

Who gives me ORO credit?
CCR&R of Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties will verify your ORO credit within 10 business days.

Why isn’t my ORO credit isn’t showing up!
ORO credit may not be given for a variety of reasons including not being correctly registered in ORO, not participating, or not attending for the full session. Contact CCR&R of Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties for support.
