Nurturing Early Math Through Play and Children's Literature

Explore how young children develop strong mathematical thinking through everyday play and exploration. Inspired by Big Ideas of Early Mathematics, this hands-on workshop examines number sense, counting, patterns, and geometry. Participants will apply practical strategies and engaging activities and analyze how to use high-quality children’s books to foster meaningful early math understanding.
